MMDA Exhibitor's Display Form

This year MMDA strives to provide a special opportunity in long term care medical education.  Display at the MMDA Annual Meeting, November 8-9, 2013 (location forthcoming in early 2013) to gain the maximum expose for your exhibit cost. In addition to Medical Directors, Directors of Nursing, and Nurse Practitioners, we are also reaching out to other physicans, physician assistants, long term care administrators, social workers and pharmacists, all of whom are represented on the Maryland LANE (Local Area Network for Excellence).  We expect about 80-100 participants.

To make this Conference a success we need your support. In addition to the continuing education program, the exhibit hall is a valuable educational tool to our attendees.  The display fee is $1,200.  In order to enable quality interaction with attending healthcare professionals, display space will be limited.
